If you receive a product with major damage affecting its usability or if you receive the wrong item compared to your order, you may request for exchange or refund based on same product availability.

Divisha Collections offers various colour options, but please note that colours seen on a monitor may differ slightly from the actual colours of the products. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor’s display.

7.Return Shipping: If your return is approved, customer needs to courier back the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us. This all the process should go through our WhatsApp number.
8.Return Shipment: Please securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our team and use India post courier service only for shipment. a courier charge of maximum Rs.100 will be paid to the customer.
9.Processing: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.
10.Refund/Exchange: If your return is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed within 5 business days. If the product was not available will initiate refund in 2 working days.

We reserve the right to deny return or exchange requests that do not comply with our return policy.
You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We understand that in some cases, you may not like the product you have received or feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that.
However, we have a strict ‘NO RETURN’ policy in such cases.
Thread pulls or very minor misprints (For Dyable sarees) will not be considered as damage.
We hope that people who buy products with beads and sequences understand that it has the tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping, this cannot be avoided, and no returns can be accepted in such cases.
International Payments made are non-refundable in any cases.
